Hello Everyone,
I hope you enjoyed your Independence Day weekend!  This month is a busy one to say the least.  There is an important training coming up next week at O’Bleness for birth workers. Details are listed below, so if you are a social worker, nurse, or another birth-related professional, please take advantage of this opportunity.

Our Play Group was early this month, but you can always plan on some fun and socializing on the first Thursday of the month at the Athens Public Library from 3-5pm, so mark your calendars.

If you are interested in providing meals to new families, please let our Meals for Moms Coordinator Talia Parrotti know by emailing her at taliaparrotti@gmail.com .  We have one family in need of meals and more expecting their little ones over the next few months.  If you are interested in receiving meals, let her know and she’ll send out a notice when you are ready to receive them.

Have a great July and we’ll see you soon.

Warmly,
Claudia Bashaw
