Do you want to get ready to be a parent, learn invaluable infant and maternal safety tips, and earn baby stuff at the same time? Come to our Prepared Parents Workshop! Attending parents will earn practical items such as diapers and other mom/baby-related items. These are given out at the end of each workshop day.

The Prepared Parents Workshop is offered by The Birth Circle, a small community group helping parents-to-be and families in the Athens area! We are ecstatic to hold it at our very own new facility, The Nest in Athens, OH! 217 Columbus Rd suite 103.
Help with transportation can be arranged if needed.
The event is free, but registration prior to the event is required.

Each year, our local community has generously donated much-needed items to this free program. We are expecting up to 10 young moms each session and would be grateful for any number of items you can offer.
- We are in need of products related to pregnancy and/or newborns (clothes, furniture, slings, diapers, nursing bras, etc.).
- We are in need of snacks and breakfast items to have available during the workshop.
- If you would like to volunteer your time, we are looking for help transporting participants to and from the workshop.
- If you offer pregnancy or baby-related goods or services (photography, art, clothing, etc), we are looking for donations to be used as prizes for attendees at the end of each session.
The Birth Circle is a 501-c-3 non-profit organization. We would be happy to send you an in-kind donation form for your taxes.
